Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Family Medicine

We’re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants more than a temporary role. This position is built for a provider who values continuity of care, team collaboration, and growing within one practice over time.

You’ll care for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic conditions while focusing on prevention, education, and long-term outcomes. Our clinic prioritizes stable provider-patient relationships, consistent schedules, and a supportive team environment so you can do meaningful work year after year—not burn out or bounce around.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care including exams, assessments, and triage
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Order and interpret diagnostics; prescribe medications and treatments
• Educate patients and families on prevention and lifestyle-based care
• Document thoroughly using electronic health records (EHR)
• Thrive in a high-volume clinic without sacrificing care quality
• Collaborate closely with family and physical medicine providers
