The Advantage of a Lower Patient Volume

Our Nurse Practitioners typically see approximately 20–22 patients per day, allowing time to provide:

Comprehensive Patient Care
Perform thorough patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions.

Evidence-Based Clinical Practice
Follow established office protocols and evidence-based treatment pathways to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

Care Coordination
Facilitate appropriate referrals to our network of trusted specialists and diagnostic providers, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.

Patient Education & Preventive Care
Utilize appointment time to educate patients on preventive care, chronic disease management, and lifestyle interventions that improve long-term health outcomes.

Timely Documentation & Follow-Up
Maintain accurate and timely charting, laboratory follow-ups, and diagnostic result management to support excellent patient satisfaction

About Patron Medical

Patron Medical is a patient-centered internal medicine practice located in Pembroke Pines, dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to our community. Our practice emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient satisfaction while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner who is eager to grow within a collaborative healthcare team.

Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Florida
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) required
• Strong interpersonal and patient-centered communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based patient care

Preferred Experience

• Primary care or internal medicine experience
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Understanding of healthcare quality measures such as HEDIS, HCC/MRA, Star Ratings, and value-based care models

Additional Qualifications

Foreign-trained physicians with active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification are welcome to apply.
