Nurse Practitioner (Pediatrics/Pediatric Cardiology)

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric cardiology Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pediatrics and Pediatric cardiology and be passionate about providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their cardiovascular health, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Duties

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ cardiovascular health, including obtaining medical histories and performing physical examinations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiovascular health, disease prevention, and management strategies.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results, including laboratory work related to cardiology.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as e-Clinical Work
• Participate in outpatient care settings, providing follow-up care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cardiology principles and practices.
• Familiarity with outpatient settings and the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly e-clinical work.
• Understanding of laboratory procedures relevant to cardiology diagnostics.
• Ability to provide compassionate care for pediatric patients, addressing their unique healthcare needs. .

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
