Nurse Practitioner, Per Diem

*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various care settings, including home care, hospitals, and hospice palliative medicine.

We have patients from South OC to LA County

*Pay $175 per visit (not per hour)*

*Responsibilities*

- Provide comprehensive care to patients across different settings such as hospitals, home care, and hospice

- Conduct physical assessments and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses

- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians

- Educate patients and families on managing illnesses and promoting overall wellness

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams

*Qualifications*

- Current Nurse Practitioner certification

- Experience in areas such as DME, ICU, dementia care, and hospice palliative medicine is preferred

- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
