Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

CR8 Health is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in hormone optimization, peptides, medical weight loss, and functional medicine to join our growing, patient-focused wellness clinics.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including labs and health history

· Develop and manage individualized treatment plans (HRT/TRT, peptides, weight loss, functional medicine)

· Interpret lab results and adjust protocols accordingly

· Administer and oversee treatments including IV therapy and injections

· Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and long-term wellness strategies

· Ensure compliance with medical standards and documentation

· Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams

· Support patient retention and satisfaction

Qualifications

· Active Florida NP or PA license (in good standing)

· 2+ years of clinical experience preferred

· Experience with hormone therapy, peptides, weight loss, and functional medicine

· Ability to interpret lab panels

· Strong communication and patient relationship skills

· Self-motivated and organized

Pay: $55.00 - $85.00 per hour
