Nurse Practitioner/ physician assistant

Eager and energetic SNFist doctor needed to work in nursing home.

Very flexible schedule.

You can go to nursing homes 10-3 pm and finish your notes after.

Willing to see the patients on daily basis 4-5 days a week for acute issues and monthly physical,trying to manage medical issues in facilities such as ordering IVF and IVAB,checking patients labs .

nursing home experience or hospital experience is a plus.

4-5 days a week.RVU based

must have active california license

must live with in 30 minutes drive of san jose
