Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Orangeburg, SC, to join a Post-Acute Care team. This in-person, Monday–Friday role offers clinical autonomy and the chance to make a positive impact by preventing unnecessary hospitalizations and building meaningful patient relationships.

• Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, weekdays, at local Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 annually, plus performance bonuses, CME stipend, and paid holidays

• Qualifications: Active SC NP license, board certification, clinical judgment skills, experience in post-acute or outpatient care preferred, passion for geriatric and preventative care
