Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant

Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Orangeburg, SC, to join a Post-Acute Care team. This in-person, Monday–Friday role offers consistency, clinical autonomy, and a supportive environment.

• Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, weekdays, at a Skilled Nursing Facility
• Responsibilities include providing in-person care, collaborating with physicians, and building patient relationships
• Compensation: $100,000–$120,000/year plus annual bonus, CME stipend, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO)
• Qualifications: Active SC NP license, board certification, clinical judgment skills, and experience in post-acute or outpatient care preferred
• Ideal for new grads passionate about geriatrics, preventative, and chronic care
