Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
Valley Professionals Community Health Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our West Terre Haute location.

Base salary of $100,000-$145,000

Job duties:
This person would be responsible for providing acute care, routine medical care and chronic care for VPCHC patients in line with the VPCHC mission. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will work in an integrated model alongside nurse practitioners, physicians, family medicine residents, and behavioral health providers.
Requirements:
Current IN Licensure
Previous NP experience preferred
