Blackstone Valley Community Health Care (BVCHC) is a federally qualified healthcenter (FQHC). BVCHC was formed in 1990 by the joining of smaller health clinics inPawtucket and Central Falls, Rhode Island.As a patient centered medical home, with 6 locations located in urban, culturallydiverse setting, we serve over 20,000 residents of all ages. Our services include perinataland women’s health, pediatric, adolescent and adult preventative, acute, behavioralhealth, optometry, and dental care. Our team is comprised of approximately 250employees including providers of all specialties. Many of our employees are multilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, and/or Cape Verdean Creole.

HOURS

Our clinics are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pmOur Express Health Care is also openSaturdays and minor holidays with extended hours on Mondays & Tuesdays.
