Conroe Family Doctor is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy and supportive family practice team.

✔ Competitive Salary: $110,000 – $135,000 (based salary) + bonus pay

Position Details:

• Outpatient family practice
• Patient volume: 18–22 patients per day
• EMR experience preferred (ECW)
• Ability to diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

Requirements:

• Licensed NP or PA in Texas
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience in primary care preferred
