Model Wellness is a modern, patient-centered clinic focused on primary care, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and longevity optimization. We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team.

About Our Practice
- Located in Farmers Branch, Texas
- Multidisciplinary model including:
- Primary care & sports medicine
- Regenerative and functional medicine
- On-site physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy
- Advanced therapeutic offerings:
- Shockwave therapy
- Dry needling
- Red light therapy
- Infrared and ozone sauna
- IV therapy
- Fully equipped fitness and rehabilitation facility
- Patient volume: 14–18 patients/day
- Schedule: ~36 clinical hours/week
Position Overview
- Flexible part-time to start, with opportunity to expand into full-time
- Compensation: $75–$85/hour, based on experience and skill set
- Opportunity for growth into expanded clinical roles and program development
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care across:
- Primary care
- Musculoskeletal/sports medicine conditions
- Preventive and longevity-focused care
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating:
- Lifestyle and functional medicine principles
- Regenerative therapies when appropriate
- Perform procedures as trained (e.g., joint injections, trigger point injections, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (PT, chiro, massage therapists)
- Interpret labs, imaging, and functional medicine testing
- Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, recovery, and performance optimization
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Preferred Experience (not all required)
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience or strong interest in:
- Sports medicine / orthopedics
- Functional or integrative medicine
- Regenerative medicine (PRP, biologics, etc.)
- Hormone optimization / longevity medicine
- IV therapy and metabolic optimization
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Texas
- Board certification (NP: FNP/AGNP preferred; PA: NCCPA certified)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
- Interest in evidence-based integrative care
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
