What You’ll Be Doing

Provide ethical, patient-centered care for individuals involved in legal cases

Conduct assessments, follow-ups, and medication management (non-controlled)

Maintain clear, defensible documentation tied to patient condition and incident impact

Utilize Jane EHR for charting and scheduling
-
Deliver virtual care with flexibility and autonomy
Important Practice Details

Care is medically driven and necessity-based (not volume-based)

Documentation may be used in legal settings, including potential depositions

Strong emphasis on accuracy, clarity, and compliance
-
No ADHD stimulants or controlled substances prescribed

Must adhere to all state-specific regulations
Ideal Candidate Profile
Licensed NP or PA in one or more of the following states:

New York (urgent need)

Georgia
-
Texas (Spanish required)
-
Massachusetts
-
Tennessee
-
Comfortable working at the intersection of healthcare and legal

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Open to testifying based on clinical documentation if needed

Background or interest in behavioral health preferred
