We are looking for a high-level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become a key long-term leader within the company as we continue scaling both locations and expanding our medical and longevity offerings.

This is NOT an entry-level injector position.

We are looking for someone polished, experienced, knowledgeable, aesthetically aligned with the industry, and comfortable working with affluent Palm Beach clientele in a luxury environment.

About the Role

This is a FULL-TIME position shared between our two Palm Beach locations.

You will become:

- our lead injector

- IV specialist

- advanced aesthetic provider

- wellness provider

- regenerative aesthetics specialist

- longevity-focused treatment consultant

This role combines:

- injectables

- IV therapy

- advanced skin treatments

- regenerative aesthetics

- anti-aging protocols

- longevity services

- client consultations

- treatment planning

- luxury client experience

We are looking for someone who already has strong hands-on experience in BOTH:

- medical / hospital environments

AND

- luxury med spa environments.

VERY IMPORTANT — SALES & CLIENT EXPERIENCE

This role is NOT just clinical.

We are looking for someone who is:

- sales-oriented

- consultation-oriented

- confident recommending treatment plans

- comfortable upselling packages and memberships

- motivated by performance bonuses and growth

You must be comfortable:

- building treatment plans

- educating clients

- recommending memberships

- recommending packages

- helping grow injectables and wellness revenue

This is a team-oriented luxury med spa environment where providers actively contribute to:

Responsibilities

Injectables

- Botox

- Dysport

- Juvederm

- Dermal fillers

- Facial balancing

- Lip filler

- PRP / PRF injections

- Advanced injectables

Wellness & IV Therapy

- IV infusions

- Wellness injections

- NAD+

- Vitamin therapy

- Longevity-focused wellness protocols

- Membership IV programs

Hospital / IV experience is REQUIRED.

Advanced Aesthetic Procedures

- PRP facials

- RF microneedling

- Chemical peels

- Advanced lasers

- Skin tightening

- Regenerative aesthetic procedures

Experience with:

- stem cells

- regenerative medicine

- longevity protocols

- biohacking / anti-aging concepts

is a MAJOR plus.

Hybrid Provider + Medical Esthetician Coverage Role

This role will ALSO assist with coverage of advanced medical esthetic treatments when needed.

We currently have medical estheticians performing:

- lasers

- chemical peels

- PRP facials

- nanofractional treatments

- Venus treatments

- advanced aesthetic procedures

Not all estheticians are qualified to perform these advanced services.

At the beginning, while our injectables and IV department continues scaling across both locations, we are looking for someone flexible and team-oriented who is comfortable helping support these advanced aesthetic services as needed.

This means:

- assisting with advanced treatments

- covering medical esthetician responsibilities when necessary

- helping support whichever location requires stronger clinical coverage that day

As volume grows, we plan to continue expanding our medical esthetic team further.

Growth & Leadership Opportunity

Medical Structure

We currently work with an established Medical Director and operate within a professional, medically compliant structure.

You will work closely within that framework while helping us continue expanding our:

- injectables

- wellness

- regenerative aesthetics

- longevity offerings

- other luxury aesthetic markets

We strongly prefer someone who already has:

- a strong aesthetic eye

- injector confidence

- mature professionalism

- luxury client experience

- refined presentation and energy

- deep hands-on experience in high-end med spas

Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- Active Florida NP or PA license

- Minimum 4+ years med spa experience

- Minimum 4+ years hands-on injecting experience

- Previous experience working in HIGH-END med spas REQUIRED

- Hospital / IV experience REQUIRED

Experience with:

- Botox

- fillers

- Juvederm

- PRP

- IV therapy

- advanced aesthetic procedures

- Strong consultation and sales ability

- Comfortable performing treatments independently

- Full-time availability across both locations

This is a FULL-TIME leadership role.

We are looking for someone committed to growing with our company long-term.

This position is NOT intended for someone splitting time between multiple med spas.
