Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Lawrenceville Primary Care clinic. This is a high-opportunity role with strong administrative support, and clear earning potential.

Schedule Options

Option 1:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Option 2:

• Flexible 4-day workweek option available

Additional Requirement:

• One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• When scheduled for Saturday, a weekday off is provided that same week
• No call

(Designed to maintain a balanced schedule with no increase in total weekly workdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care (acute & chronic conditions)
• Perform exams, diagnose, and manage treatment plans
• Order and interpret labs and imaging
• Document in EMR (eClinicalWorks with AI scribe support)
• Collaborate with supervising physician and care team
• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Georgia NP or PA license (or eligible)
• Board certified (FNP, AGNP, or PA-C)
• 1–2 years primary care experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
