Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Remote NOC Shift

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to conduct remote care during NOC (overnight) shifts for clients receiving IV hydration and wellness therapy. This is a flexible, fully remote contract role open to candidates in the United States (California license holders). The NP/PA will assess client eligibility, screen for contraindications, and ensure compliance with state medical regulations.

Responsibilities:
Perform exams via telehealth during overnight hours.

Review medical history, allergies, medications, and overall health status.

Determine medical appropriateness for therapies such as saline, B-complex, Vitamin C, Glutathione, NAD+, and others.

Document evaluations thoroughly in our HIPAA-compliant EMR system.

Coordinate with in-field Registered Nurses and staff to ensure seamless care.

Requirements:

Active NP or PA license (California license preferred; other US state licenses accepted).

Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to ethical practice.

Comfortable working independently in a 1099 contractor capacity.

Reliable internet and a HIPAA-compliant environment for telehealth.

Availability for NOC (overnight) shifts, evenings, and weekends (we operate 24/7).

Or Willing to work from 10pm to 6 am

Preferred Qualifications:

DEA license (not required, but a plus).

Experience conducting GFEs in urgent care, concierge, medspa, or IV therapy settings.

Pay Breakdown:

$50.00 – $150.00 per hour: California license (any US state).
