EZ Care Walk-In Medical Centers is a physician owned urgent care clinic . We focus on high-quality, compassionate same-day care in a team-based, provider-friendly environment—without corporate pressure or unsafe volumes. Our goal is to build a stable team where clinicians can practice real urgent care medicine with strong support and excellent staff.

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing clinic. We are also open to part-time and PRN providers who can offer consistent coverage.

Compensation

• $65 per hour

Schedule

• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday-Saturday and 8:00 AM - 6:00 P.M. on Sunday
• Two providers scheduled most days
• No call / no hospital rounding
• Flexible scheduling with dependable shifts

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Manage common urgent care conditions including:
• Respiratory illness, flu, COVID, strep
• Lacerations, burns, abscesses
• Sprains, fractures, and minor injuries
• Rashes, UTIs, GI illness, dehydration
• Occupational medicine visits
• Perform procedures such as:
• Laceration repair
• I&D
• Splinting and bracing
• Foreign body removal
• Order and interpret X-ray and point-of-care testing
• Collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, and supervising physicians
• Document efficiently in Experity EMR (training provided)

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Virginia
• Ability to treat patients of all ages
• Comfortable with common urgent care procedures
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Urgent care, ER, or primary care experience preferred
• New graduates considered with strong clinical background and willingness to train
