Role Description

This is a part-time, (open to full time) on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Sarasota, FL. This position combines direct patient care with operational leadership, making it ideal for a provider who thrives in both clinical and management environments.

Clinical responsibilities include patient evaluations, treatment planning, follow-up care, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. Operational responsibilities include overseeing daily clinic operations, managing workflow efficiency, coordinating staff schedules, supporting quality assurance initiatives, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

This role will work closely with leadership to optimize systems, support team performance, and contribute meaningfully to the clinic’s growth. There is potential for growth in the company for the right candidate who demonstrates leadership, alignment with company values, and long-term commitment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner with strong clinical skills in patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Licensed Physicians assistant with strong clinical skills in patient evaluation and treatment planning
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage clinic operations and coordinate staff schedules
• Working knowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and quality assurance processes
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and clinic technology to improve efficiency
• Master’s degree in Nursing (or related field) with active certification and licensure
• Prior experience in a dual clinical and operational/management role is highly preferred
