We are currently looking to add an enthusiastic Part-Time Nurse Practitioner PMHNP in MD to our team with a heart for people- to serve our diverse clientele of adults, families and children.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe, and administer psychotherapeutic treatment and/or medications to clients with mental health disorders
• Assess, plan, coordinate, manage and implement therapeutic interventions and techniques with clients and therapists
• Interview and Diagnosis clients and assess their current condition, needs, strengths and weaknesses
• Address each case and set tailored measurable goals.
• Timely and appropriate documentation
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress and modify medication, treatment plans and diagnosis accordingly

• Offer information and counseling on the best course of action for clients
• Complete treatment plans, progress notes etc.. on time and/or as needed
• Maintain accurate records/documentation and report on clients’ status
• Collaborate and coordinate care for clients as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $95.00 per hour
