Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care & Geriatrics | Santa Barbara | $140,000–$180,000

We're a small, collegial physician practice in Santa Barbara seeking an NP who wants to do meaningful work with older adults — without the volume pressure, churn, and bureaucracy of a large health system.

You'll work in an outpatient primary care setting building a genuine continuity practice with patients and families who value a clinician who knows them. You'll work alongside physicians specializing in adult primary care, geriatrics, and palliative care, with real day-to-day autonomy and collaborative support.

This role is well suited to an NP who is drawn to geriatrics, values meaningful work over churn, and wants a long term stable and sustainable work environment.

What we're looking for:

• NP license in California with DEA registration
• Experience in primary care, geriatrics, post-acute care, or acute care — some combination preferred
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Excellent communication with patients, families, and care teams

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
