Heinen Wellness of Jennings is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to help develop and grow a patient-centered primary care clinic serving Jennings and the surrounding communities. Our focus is on continuity of care, chronic disease management, and building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families.

This is not a high-volume, quick-turn environment. We are building a stable, relationship-driven practice rooted in the community, and we are looking for a provider who values long-term impact and continuity of care.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Louisiana
• Certification by AANP, ANCC, or equivalent
• Strong interest in outpatient primary care
• Commitment to building long-term relationships with patients
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a physician-led team

This role is ideal for a provider who values stability, continuity of care, and becoming part of a close-knit community. Preference will be given to candidates with ties to the Jennings area or those interested in establishing long-term roots in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Provide patient education and preventive care
• Coordinate care and make appropriate referrals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

• Up to $120,000 per year based on experience
• Up to 3% bonus based on clinic performance
• Opportunity for increased compensation as patient panel grows
• Ability to play a key role in shaping a growing clinic
