Position: Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

Setting: Community Health Center – LGBTQ+ / HIV+

Manhattan: 356 West 18th Street, New York, NY 10011

Bronx: 3144 3rd Avenue, Bronx, NY 10451

Schedule: Four morning/daytime shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

One evening shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Optional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Salary: 0-3 years ($127,491) / 10 years ($151,843)

Job Description:

· This role will partner closely with senior leadership to manage unit operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive clinical excellence.

· Oversee daily operations of an inpatient behavioral health/psychiatric unit

· Collaborate with Director-level leadership on clinical and operational strategy

Requirements:

· Active New York State license (MD, DO, NP, or PA)

· Current NYS registration and DEA certification

· CPR certification required

· Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Infectious Disease (as applicable)

· Experience in community-based primary care preferred

· Strong commitment to patient-centered and culturally competent care

· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment

Pay: $127,000.00 - $151,000.00 per year
