Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Primary Care, Lockport NY

General Physician, P.C. is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care Team to provide patient care in Lockport, NY.

Position

In this position you will deliver evidenced based care for Primary Care patients in coordination with the Primary Care team.

This is an autonomous position that will allow you to provide a full spectrum of comprehensive medical services to patients.

EMR expertise, patient communication, patient education and collaboration with your team are an important part of your job.

Mentorship is available.

This is a full-time position, scheduled Monday through Friday in the Buffalo area.

• $110,000-$135,000 Salary
• RVU Production Bonus – Unlimited

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Board certification
• New York State license
• DEA registration
• BLS, ACLS and Infection Control certifications
• Shared on call with other providers
