About The Role

• Part-time position in Princeton and Sullivan, IN area with a pay rate of $50/hour.
• Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and maintain accurate medical records.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Practitioner license
• Preferred 2+ years in Skilled Nursing facilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to travel within a 12-20 mile radius
