What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care within your training and licensure
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Perform annual exams, follow-ups, women’s health visits, urgent visits, and preventive care
• Prescribe medications according to state and professional guidelines
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Chart efficiently in a problem-oriented EMR
• Coordinate care, educate patients, and promote health literacy
• Deliver excellent patient service across in-person visits, telehealth, phone, and messaging

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with NP certification
• Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in MA (Autonomous) and Florida
• Minimum 2 years of NP experience in primary care, family medicine, community health, or outpatient settings
• Bilingual in English and Portuguese (required)
• Comfortable communicating with Portuguese-speaking patients
• Strong EMR proficiency and computer skills
• Current BLS certification
• Thorough understanding of clinical guidelines and standards of care
• A passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care to multicultural communities
