The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-level Nurse Practitioner with experience in orthopedic or regenerative medicine who is excited to be part of something evolving.

This role is grounded in what we already do exceptionally well—regenerative and functional orthopedic care—while also offering the opportunity to help build and shape an emerging integrative mental wellness program.

This includes supporting the implementation of non-invasive, device-based neuromodulation therapies designed to enhance mental clarity, mood, and overall neurological function.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients using regenerative and orthopedic protocols
• Perform joint, soft tissue, and regenerative injections
• Collaborate closely with providers, rehab, and clinical teams to drive patient outcomes
• Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery, and lifestyle optimization
• Support the integration and delivery of non-invasive neuromodulation therapies as part of a broader mind-body approach to care
• Implement and support protocols for an integrative mental wellness offering
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in RXNT

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Colorado (FNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Experience in orthopedics, regenerative medicine, or functional medicine
• Interest or experience in mental health, neuromodulation, or brain-health therapies (strong plus)
• Experience with or interest in emerging technologies such as neuromodulation devices (e.g., Exomind) is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and patient presence
• A builder mindset with the ability to create, refine, and standardize protocols
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
