Nurse Practitioner Supervisor - Remote

We’re hiring a Nurse Practitioner Supervisor to split time between patient care (60%) and team leadership (40%). You’ll deliver high-quality virtual care while leading and supporting a team of Nurse Practitioners to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

What You’ll Do

Clinical (60%):

• Monitor patient vitals, symptoms, and labs with RNs and Clinical Navigators
• Manage and optimize treatment plans (CHF, T2D, hypertension)
• Respond to escalations from remote patient monitoring
• Conduct virtual visits to review labs and support adherence to care plans

Leadership (40%):

• Drive clinical quality through audits, performance tracking, and improvement initiatives
• Coach, mentor, and support NP team members
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team operations
• Support hiring, onboarding, and licensure
• Partner with leadership to scale care delivery and improve outcomes

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years as a Nurse Practitioner managing chronic conditions
• 5+ years leading clinical teams (NPs, RNs, MAs)
• NP Master’s degree, board certification (ANCC/AANP), active license
• Multi-state RN compact license (or willingness to obtain additional licenses)
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Experience in remote care, RPM, or startup environments preferred

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $150,000–$160,000 which is based on role scope, level, and location. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation as part of the overall total rewards package. This position is remote and based in the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, internal equity, and applicable law.
