seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing surgical team based in Enid, Oklahoma. This unique position offers a blend of outpatient clinic care, operating room experience, hospital consultations, and direct collaboration with fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeons.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who enjoys procedural medicine, surgery, orthopedics, sports medicine, wound care, and hands-on patient care.

Position Overview

This position will be based primarily in Enid, OK with periodic travel to our Bartlesville and El Reno, Oklahoma clinic.

Outpatient Clinic Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat new and established patients
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Manage postoperative patients
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing
  • Provide patient education and counseling
  • Perform office-based procedures as appropriate

Operating Room Responsibilities

  • Assist surgeons during operative procedures
  • Participate in perioperative patient management
  • Assist with surgical workflow and patient care coordination
  • Provide continuity of care before and after surgery

Hospital Responsibilities

  • Perform inpatient consultations
  • Round on hospitalized patients
  • Coordinate care with hospital teams
  • Assist with discharge planning and follow-up care

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday-Friday
  • Primarily daytime hours
  • Combination of clinic, hospital, and operating room responsibilities
  • Limited regional travel between Wichita and Enid
  • No primary care call responsibilities

Qualifications Required

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Eligible for Kansas and Oklahoma licensure
  • DEA eligibility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care
