Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth | Functional Medicine | Multi-State)

Job Overview

We're looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner with a functional medicine mindset to join our clinical team. This is a fully remote, patient-facing position where your work directly impacts how people heal. You'll manage complex patient cases, order and interpret advanced lab work, and develop personalized treatment protocols - alongside a team that reads labs deeply and genuinely cares about outcomes.

Multi-state licensure is a strong plus. We are actively seeing patients in multiple states and are looking for an NP who can meet that demand or is willing to expand licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with complex chronic conditions including GI dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, and autoimmune issues
• Order and interpret advanced functional labs: GI Map, DUTCH hormone panels, Wheat Zoomer, comprehensive metabolic panels, and more
• Develop and oversee personalized, root-cause treatment protocols
• Collaborate with chiropractors, dietitians, and other NPs on complex cases
• Build therapeutic relationships through direct patient messaging as part of ongoing treatment plans
• Contribute to a team genuinely committed to getting patients well

Experience

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license with active multi-state practice privileges; experience working across state lines preferred.
• Proven telehealth experience with proficiency in EHR systems.
• Strong background in functional medicine with experience in lab testing, gut health, hormones and overall health conditions.

What We're Looking For

• Active NP license - multi-state licensure or Compact state eligibility strongly preferred
• Functional or integrative medicine background, or a strong desire to practice it
• Confident ordering and interpreting specialty labs (training provided where needed)
• Experience with hormone management, GI conditions, and chronic disease
• Excellent communicator — in sessions and through written patient messaging
• Self-directed and reliable in a remote setting; able to maintain a full patient schedule

• $68 -$75/hour based on experience and licensure
