Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care | Full Time

True Compassion Urgent Care is hiring full-time Nurse Practitioners for our Stuart, FL and Palm Beach Gardens, FL clinics. We need FNP- or ACNP-certified providers who hold an active Florida NP license and are ready to start seeing patients. Please do not apply if you are still in school or awaiting licensure. New-grad NPs are welcome only if your Florida license is already active.

You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in a fast-paced urgent care setting alongside medical assistants and front-desk staff. We prefer candidates with prior RN experience in urgent care, ER, or ICU.

Required Qualifications:

- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida (not pending, not in-process)

- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

- FNP or ACNP board certification (FNP strongly preferred)

- Strong clinical decision-making and patient assessment skills

- Ability to reliably work on-site at BOTH the Stuart, FL and Palm Beach Gardens, FL clinics

Preferred Experience:

- Prior RN experience in urgent care, emergency, or critical care

- Prior NP experience in urgent care, family practice, or primary care

- Comfort performing basic procedures (wound care, suturing, I and D, splinting)

What You Will Do:

- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for acute, non-life-threatening conditions

- Diagnose and manage a broad range of acute presentations

- Build and execute individualized treatment plans

- Perform bedside procedures (wound care, suturing, and similar)

- Collaborate with medical assistants, front-desk staff, and physician leadership

- Educate patients and families on treatment and follow-up care

- Document clinical encounters accurately and in a timely manner
