Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care | Palm Beach Gardens | Full Time

True Compassion Urgent Care is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner for our Palm Beach Gardens, FL clinic location. This role is ideal for NPs in the Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, and West Palm Beach area who want to practice in a growing urgent care environment with strong clinical support.

Our Palm Beach Gardens clinic is located at 3375 Burns Rd, Suite 204, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410. You may also be asked to cover shifts at our Stuart, FL location as needed.

As a full-time NP, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients independently in a fast-paced urgent care setting alongside medical assistants and front-desk staff. We prefer candidates with prior RN experience in urgent care, ER, or ICU settings.

Schedule & Compensation:

- Competitive annual compensation commensurate with experience

- Full-time schedule: 7 shifts over each 2-week period

- Clinic hours: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

- 90-day probationary period

Required Qualifications:

- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida (not pending, not in-process)

- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

- FNP or ACNP board certification (FNP strongly preferred)

- Active DEA license and state controlled substance registration (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

- DOT Medical Examiner Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start — reimbursement provided)

- Strong clinical decision-making and patient assessment skills

- Ability to work on-site at both the Palm Beach Gardens and Stuart, FL clinic locations

Documentation & Compliance:

- All patient charts must be completed within 24 hours of the visit

- Proficiency with EMR systems required

- Adherence to clinical protocols and documentation standards is expected
