Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care | Part Time

True Compassion Urgent Care is seeking part-time Nurse Practitioners to join our growing urgent care team serving Stuart, FL and Palm Beach Gardens, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced NPs looking for flexible scheduling while working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

As a part-time NP, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients independently in our urgent care clinics alongside medical assistants and front-desk staff. We prefer candidates with prior RN experience in urgent care, ER, or ICU settings.

Compensation & Schedule:

- $55–$65 per hour, based on experience

- Flexible part-time scheduling (approximately 2–3 shifts per week)

- Clinic hours: Monday–Sunday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

- Shifts available at both our Stuart and Palm Beach Gardens locations

Required Qualifications:

- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of Florida (not pending, not in-process)

- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

- FNP or ACNP board certification (FNP strongly preferred)

- Active DEA license and state controlled substance registration (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

- DOT Medical Examiner Certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start — reimbursement provided)

- Strong clinical decision-making and patient assessment skills

- Ability to work on-site at both the Stuart, FL and Palm Beach Gardens, FL clinic locations

Documentation & Compliance:

- All patient charts must be completed within 24 hours of the visit

- Proficiency with EMR systems required

- Adherence to clinical protocols and documentation standards is expected
