Greater Seacoast Community Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Associate (PA) to join our mission-driven Primary Care team in Somersworth, NH.
This role includes a strong focus on Women’s Health, and candidates must have prior experience providing women’s health services within a primary care, family medicine, OB/GYN, or community health setting.

Work alongside experienced providers, behavioral health professionals, care coordinators, dental teams, social services, and support staff who truly work together to care for the whole patient.

Clinical protocol development
Team-based healthcare innovation
As an Advanced Practice Provider at GSCH, you will:
Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
Deliver women’s health services within an outpatient primary care setting
Perform preventive health exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Coordinate care and referrals with internal and external providers
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Document patient care accurately within the EHR system
Participate in provider meetings, quality initiatives, and clinical collaboration activities
Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and respect
Current NH RN and APRN licensure
Board Certification through ANCC and/or AANP
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner required
Women’s Health experience required
Current DEA registration
Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)
Current NH Physician Associate license
NCCPA Certification
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing as a Physician Associate required
Women’s Health experience required
Current DEA registration
Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)
