Nurse Practitioner – Women’s Hormone & Integrative Health (Remote)

Precision FemCare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to join our growing virtual women’s health practice.

This is a remote, contract-based role working directly with Dr. Dian Ginsberg, OB/GYN and functional medicine physician. We are looking for a confident, compassionate provider who is already comfortable managing bioidentical hormone therapy and interpreting advanced hormone labs.

Position Details

• Independent Contractor
• Part-time to start (flexible within Central Time), with strong potential to grow to full-time as patient demand increases

What You’ll Do

• Conduct virtual new patient and follow-up visits
• Develop and manage personalized hormone care plans
• Prescribe and monitor bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
• Interpret comprehensive laboratory testing, including bloodwork, hormone metabolites, and specialty testing
• Educate patients on the risks, benefits, and expectations of therapy
• Document care within Elation EHR
• Collaborate with our care team during regular case reviews

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• National NP certification (AANP or ANCC)
• Active DEA registration
• Minimum 3+ years clinical experience
• 2+ years of direct hormone therapy management experience (required) including individualized dosing, monitoring, and optimization
• Strong ability to independently interpret hormone, metabolic, and specialty laboratory testing
• Experience providing telehealth care
• Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfortable practicing in a fully remote, technology-driven environment
