Nurse Practitioner/Family Nurse Practicioner

Monmouth Family Health Center a Community Health Center located in Long Branch, NJ is looking for a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner to work in our internal medicine department to provide high quality care to our patients. Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to assess, diagnose ,and prescribe appropriate treatments

Deliver patient and family centered care while providing comprehensive health education and preventive services

Maintain accurate medical records using our electronic health record systems and timely closing of charts

Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives that help improve patient outcomes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
