NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICAN ASSISTANT

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care across various settings. This role requires expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment, with a focus on auto immune diseases. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physician and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages > 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Administer medications, including injections, IV infusions, and perform procedures as indicated.
• Provide education to patients regarding health management, medication administration, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in clinical research initiatives as needed.
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Office Ally for patient records management.
• Engage in telehealth services to enhance patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications.
• New graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Proficiency in medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds
