Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assisitant

Sunlight Medical Services, an established, MOUD/Alcohol Use Disorder practice in the Glendale, Arizona area is seeking a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to assist patients recovering from addictions to opioids, alcohol, and other substances. This position is structured as a part-time hourly (potential full time in the future)

Schedule

Monday through Friday (any two days of the week): 5 AM - 1 PM

Saturday: 7AM - 11 AM

Responsibilities

• Follow the clinic procedures on patient intake and treatment
• Observe documentation guidelines set by EMR
• Coordinate patient healthcare needs with Medical and Clinical supervisors

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in state of Arizona
• Unrestricted DEA license
• CPR Certification Required

Clinical experience in substance abuse rehabilitation and Opioid treatment preferred

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
