Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

In search of an NP/PA looking for full time employment in hybride environment of outpatient clinic/sub acute rehab/nursing home/hospital, with ability to chart remotely. Traveling between sites is part of the job, but offering flexibility in scheduling and hours.

This is a nephrology position, with strong emphasis on treating and managing acute kidney injury, CKD, ESRD, HTN, anemia, and electrolyte imbalances- as well as general medicine.

Requirements: current board certifications without restrictions, and 1-2 years of general medicine experience needed. Nephrology experience a plus.
