Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Summary
Carolina West Urgent Care, PLLC is a new practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high quality health care to our community. We are seeking a motivated, caring, and skilled Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality medical care, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. The Nurse Practitioner/Physician will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
  • Perform/interpret diagnostic evaluations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in critical care settings.
  • Provide education and health coaching to patients regarding their conditions and treatment options.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations using EMR/EHR system.

Requirements

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant in the state of North Carolina, with relevant board certification.
  • Current DEA licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience in primary care, urgent care , or family medicine preferred (but not required)
  • Excellent communication skills, strong clinical and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
