Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner (APNP) to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, holistic-minded, and eager to blend modern clinical knowledge with complementary wellness therapies in an environment that values both traditional and natural medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using a holistic, whole-body approach.
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and safety standards.
• Administer and oversee IV therapy, vitamin injections, and minor wound care.
• Document all patient encounters accurately in Practice Fusion EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients from diverse backgrounds on wellness, disease prevention, and chronic care management.
• Participate in clinic wellness and quality-improvement initiatives supporting integrative medicine.
• Deliver care both in-office and via telehealth consultations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ICD-10, and CPT documentation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active APNP/NP license and certification (Illinois).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or geriatrics preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of holistic, whole-body health principles and integrative care approaches.
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, triage, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Practice Fusion or similar) and modern medical technology.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Additional training in holistic or functional medicine is a plus.
• Proficiency in a second language is welcome and valued.
