We are seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN Nurses (RN) to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Sisters.
Schedules available:
Full-Time – 36 hours/week
Third-shift 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
12 Hour Shifts
Schedule includes every other weekend
Requirements:
Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on nursing care and assist in implementing individualized care plans for residents.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

Monitor Sisters conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN and physician.

Supervise and support STNAs, ensuring quality care and teamwork.

Communicate effectively team members.

Uphold our mission and values through compassionate, faith-based service.
Qualifications:
-
Current and valid license in the State of Ohio (LPN or RN).

Previous experience in long term care or geriatric nursing preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
