Nurse (RN / LPN) – Healthcare (Rehab & Skilled Nursing)
Full-Time | Evening Shift | 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Well-Spring, a premier Life Plan Community in Greensboro, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Healthcare team on evening shift.

This role provides nursing support across both our Rehab unit and Skilled Nursing. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent assessment skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting care staff during evening hours.

Schedule

What You’ll Do

• Provide nursing oversight and support to residents during evening hours
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and document appropriately
• Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies
• Collaborate with CNAs and care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Communicate updates to leadership and incoming night shift team
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
• Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive environment

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina RN or LPN license
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience preferred (assisted living, rehab, or skilled nursing)
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and support care staff
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Passion for serving older adults
