Job Purpose: The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the schedule, completing attendance reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with some payroll processes, including tracking base hours

• Coordinate full-time nursing schedules

• Manage time-off and holiday requests

• Coordinate with nurse staffing agencies as needed

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Previous scheduling experience required

• Skilled nursing experience preferred

• Experience with the OnShift scheduling platform preferred

• Familiarity with scheduling and/or timekeeping software preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Compensation: Pay Rate: Up to $32 per hour
