Nurse Supervisor

Qualifications & Skills required:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Valid nursing license in UAE by Dubai Health Authority (DHA) or Department of Health (DOH).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to handle emergencies and unexpected situations.
• Should have experience in ICU or NICU Department.
• Immediate joiner
• Any nationality

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to coordinate staff schedules and manage shifts
• Provide training and guidance to nursing and caregiving staff
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of patient care activities.
• Support team in emergencies and critical situations
• Conduct patient reviews and maintain updated patient profiles
• Monitor staff performance and promote adherence to clinical standards
• Maintain clear communication between management, nurses, and patients
