Nurse- Teacher Assistant

Nurse – Teacher Assistant to support both the health and educational needs of our children. This role involves assisting the school nurse with basic healthcare duties while also helping teachers with daily classroom activities to ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Health & Safety (Nursing Duties)
• Ensure all children’s medical records are complete, confidential, and regularly updated.
• Maintain full compliance with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) guidelines and lead nursery preparation for inspections.
• Monitor and uphold health, hygiene, and illness prevention protocols.
• Provide first aid and emergency response to children and staff when required.
• Keep the nursery clinic organized, stocked, and in line with regulatory standards.
• Train staff on basic first aid, hygiene procedures, and health-related policies.

Classroom Support

• Assist teachers with classroom supervision and daily activities to promote a positive learning atmosphere.
• Help manage children’s behavior in line with school policies.
• Support students with special health or learning needs under teacher guidance.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Valid DHA License as a Registered Nurse (required)
• Experience working with children in a healthcare or educational setting preferred
• Basic first aid and emergency care knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy classroom environment
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to children’s needs
