Nursery Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Deputy Manager to join a well-established early years setting located in NW9. The setting provides high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years and is looking for a strong leader to support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Nursery Manager in the daily operations of the nursery.

• Provide strong leadership, guidance, and supervision to the staff team.

• Ensure high-quality childcare and uphold a safe, stimulating learning environment.

• Implement and monitor nursery policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with parents and carers.

• Support staff development, training, and performance management.

• Assist with staff recruitment, interviews, and induction processes.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification or above.

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Strong understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and Health & Safety.

• Ability to commute to NW9.
