We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Nursery Manager to join our brand new nursery based in KAFD in Riyadh, KSA. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious early years professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career within a high-quality, British curriculum environment.

The Role
As Deputy Nursery Manager, you will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care, education, and safeguarding, while supporting and mentoring staff to deliver outstanding practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager in the overall leadership and management of the nursery
• Ensure full compliance with British EYFS standards, policies, and procedures
• Lead by example in delivering high-quality teaching and learning
• Supervise, support, and develop nursery staff through coaching and training
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community
• Monitor children’s progress and ensure individual learning needs are met
• Assist with inspections, audits, and continuous improvement plans

Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK-recognised or equivalent) desirable
• Experience in a senior or supervisory role within a nursery setting desirable
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
