Store & Grounds Maintenance Team Member

Position Overview
This role is a mix of store support, equipment operation, and property maintenance. You’ll help keep our nursery, grounds, and bulk material operations running smoothly while delivering a high level of care to everything we do.

What You’ll Do

• Operate front end loaders and other equipment to load mulch, soil, stone, and materials for customers and deliveries
• Maintain and organize bulk material bays and yard areas
• Assist with general property upkeep including cleanup, grading touch-ups, and basic repairs
• Support irrigation installs, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Help care for plant material including watering, spacing, and general plant health
• Work alongside the team to keep the property clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Assist customers when needed with a helpful, knowledgeable approach

What We’re Looking For

• Experience running equipment (front end loader required)
• Background in landscaping, nursery work, or similar field
• Basic irrigation knowledge (install and troubleshooting preferred)
• General plant knowledge (trees, shrubs, perennials, etc.)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Pay: $14.00 - $25.00 per hour
