Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager, located in Abu Dhabi. The Nursery Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the nursery, including ensuring a safe environment for children, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of care and education. The role involves planning and implementing programs, communicating effectively with parents and staff, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 5 or a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years Education (or equivalent qualification).

Experience :

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in nursery or early childhood management.
• Proven leadership and excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
• Oversee curriculum planning in collaboration with the Academic Manager.
• Prepare reports, conduct staff training, and ensure target achievement.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across the nursery.
• Foster a positive, nurturing learning environment for children.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management.
• Support and motivate staff to deliver high-quality education and care.
• Contribute actively to extra-curricular programs and creative learning.
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and flexibility within the team.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure effective record-keeping and administrative efficiency.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and passion in all aspects of nursery life.
