Nursery Manager – Little Sprouts ELC (Dubai)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month

About the Role

Little Sprouts Early Learning Centre is seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our KHDA-approved nursery for an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organisational skills and a deep understanding of early years education.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and child-centred environment
• Ensure full compliance with KHDA, EYFS, Health & Safety, and safeguarding regulations
• Lead recruitment, induction, supervision, and performance management of staff
• Oversee curriculum planning and implementation in line with EYFS standards
• Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and external agencies
• Manage occupancy levels, staffing ratios, budgets, and resources
• Handle parent communication, concerns, and feedback professionally
• Lead quality assurance, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• CACHE Level 5 qualification or Bachelor of Education
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar nursery management role
• Strong knowledge of EYFS and KHDA regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates on husband visa or own visa
